1. Event Options
Use our easy-to-use Agenda to search the event you desire or browse our Menus to find events you maybe didn’t event know were going to take place. Once you have chosen the event, confirmed the date and decided to make an order please continue by selecting Ticket or Package characteristics.
2. Ticket/Package Characteristics
Once you have selected the event you wish to attend, please browse through our extensive inventory to find the ticket or package category* that suits your requirements. Then select the quantity of packages or tickets from the drop-down.
*The price of the tickets and/or packages varies according to their category and/or their location of the seats in the venue. In general ExcellenceTickets determines the categories numerically, i.e. category 1 is the category with the best view. With the venue maps provided you will be able to see category distinctions, as well as, a brief description of each category or ticket package contents, Please note that these maps are used as a reference or guide and do not guarantee exact seating location within a venue unless otherwise specifically stated. We generally cannot make any guarantee regarding seating location beyond the expectations set by category description and locations within a venue.
After selecting the Event and Ticket/Package Characteristics you can add them to your Shopping Cart which is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen with the total of all goods in the cart.
At this stage you have the option to Continue Shopping or Complete Purchase by filling in the Booking Form and selecting Method of Payment. Please accept the Terms & Conditions to continue to Payment.
3. Payment
After continuing you are given a last opportunity to review all product selection and personal data provided before entering your payment details. If you are not happy with what you have ordered or entered, please Edit shopping cart. If all is correct please press Continue and enter your credit card details when prompted.
4. Confirmation
If your credit card is accepted you will see a confirmation screen that displays your Order Confirmation Number. Please take note of this in case you do not receive the automatic email confirmation that was sent to the Inbox of the email provided at purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any problems during the purchase process or if you require assistance. Now all you have to do is sit back and wait for your event to approach and for Tickets and/or Packages to be delivered.
